Default Purchased AP not sure what map to use. 06wrx

I purchased a AP-SUB-002 for my 06 WRX. I have a spt intake and a cat back exhaust. Im not sure what map i should use for performance and for fuel eco. I looked at the web site and it seemed like all of them say that you need the stock intake.

I may be wrong, but you probably should use the stage 1. Stage 1 is designed for stock downpipe. If you want to use stage 2 map, you will need to replace the downpipe with a high flow downpipe. Maybe you wanna check the power packages on the cobb website. I don't have any experience with a different intake as I never removed the stock intake. I believe the biggest power gains are achieved by replacing your downpipe (obviously before upgrading your turbo and fuel system). Call cobb and see what they say. They are usually pretty good with customer service.
