Default Question on slotted and drilled rotors

Was wondering if anyone could offer any input on the DBA 4000xs performance and if there is a decent cracking concern with these rotors.

Mmy understanding is that cross drilling is rather "meh" these days. Just go with slotted, you will get improved cooling and retain something like 96% of your braking area. If you go with drilled and slotted you only have 88%(?) of your braking area and a vastly increased risk of cracking.

If you like the looks of them I would only avoid them if you are using race pads and/or track your car. On the street they are durable and long lasting.
