Thank you so much for your help, definitely a suspicious listing of the gauges I'm missing, without sensors. They didnt take my control unit and the afr gauge is different, but it could be a listing of multiple black market parts. Im not hung up on that fact, just mainly on the fact that my gauges were in pods so they wouldn't have the defi stands/pods like the ones in the listing do. MF's man, this robbery happened on a Wednesday night, and on the monday morning that week I found my car with a shattered passenger side window. They trashed the car, stole my ipod, and somehow ripped the ipod cord out which was plugged into the back of the cd player. So yeah, its been a bad week.

Default No stock defi pods

The ones that were stolen were ther 3 in the dash clock replacement pod (blue) and 2 that were torn off the steering column dual pod. The reason why I would speculate about some of the listings we've found where the gauges are in stock defi cups/pods is because mine weren't in the stock cups.

But the ebay auction noted above is an awesome deal for me since I dont need sensors etc just the gauges, but it all depends whether or not insurance will follow through with their promise to replace everything "permanently attached to the car."

Have a Nice Day? Alarms?

So. Fing. Lame. The insurance took back their word about replacing the gauges or pods, they aren't even planning on replacing the in dash clock, they are just gonna leave a gaping hole in the dash with wires hanging out. Such bull ****.

I'm real worried about getting the car fixed because this might happen again. My stock alarm was no use after they pried the hood open and unhooked the battery.

Does anyone know anything about ALARMS? Possibly one that would notify me when my car is getting jacked into? Or One with another warning system besides making noise in case I am out of earshot? Also, it would need to have a failsafe so if the battery was unhooked again it would still go off.

Thanks!

Unless you claim them to the insurance company when you installed them they will not cover it. Or anything that is not claimed.

Thats what I've heard, they took some stuff from my trunk, my skate and a backpack full of random ass tools like to adjust my tein sus and a bunch of other crap so it wasn't worth more than 150$ and I'm sure that my home owners insurance deductible is more than that.

Anyways, looking at viper and python alarms, mainly the viper 5901 and the python 991. Pretty much the same thing, any idea on preference?
