Default He tried to rob me. Yeah, that's it... Rob me!.

C/N: Man shot during fight at bar, then becomes a victim of woman error.

This is not a bad part of town at all, although it is not far from a really bad part. A lot of firefighters and police live in the neighborhood.

IBNotSoLucky
IBThisIsWhyWeShouldn'tHaveCCWs

Although they call it a CPL now.

Gunman, drunk driver, combine to end Detroit reveler's life

In quick succession, Detroiter Deangelo Tate was shot in the head by a Southfield man, then run down by a motorist who's blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit. Tate died of his injuries.

The names of the perpetrators have not yet been released, but both are in custody.

The assaults took place in the parking lot of Lucky's Bar and Grille, at Grand River and Telegraph, at approximately 1:30 AM yesterday morning. The 41 year old Southfield shooter, who has a CCW permit, initially told responding officers that Tate had tried to rob him at gunpoint. Yet this story came unglued after the DPD interviewed witnesses and searched for physical evidence of the shooter's claim.

The search turned up no weapon in the area of Tate's body, and the bar's patrons told a different story.

According to police Sgt Eren Stephens, a fight broke out between the two men inside the bar. It then spilled out into the parking lot, where the Southfield man pulled and fired his weapon. An autopsy revealed that Tate incurred multiple gunshot wounds.

As Tate tried to run from his assailant, a 20 year old Farmington Hills woman pulled into the parking lot and ran him down. She was arrested after a breath test showed she had already had a few too many.

... at which point a meteorite laced with arsenic hit the man, after which a nearby water tower collapsed and washed the man into a dogfood processing plant.

...at which point he was turned into dogfood which was purchased by his previous wifes new lover who fed it to his dog in the dead mans backyard at his old house. The dog loved it and took a giant steamy pile in its favorite spot. This smelly steaming pile lay there for days, slowly breaking down and fertilizing that spot, until one day, a single beautiful flower sprouted from its vile epicenter.

Do CCW states have laws against CWI? Because if they don't, they should.

Not sure, websites just say misdemeanor for DUI.

I hate how idiots have to ruin it for the non-idiots. It isn't complicated, if you have a CCW and you are going to have a drink then do not bring your weapon.

I have my CCW. I you can only have a .03 I think and still carry. If I am going to have a drink I won't carry. I'm pretty sure they will send you to the Federal Pound You In The Ass prison for it.

I have an interview in Southfield tomorrow. I'll think I'll take the open position in Georgia instead of Southfield, MI if they ask me which I prefer.

My pistol license has it written on the card that I can't carry in bars. Not to mention the right to carry doesn't mean the right to shoot someone over a disagreement.
