Capitalization and punctuation helps a lot.

Drill the hole in the down pipe out slightly bigger. Find a drill bit that fits in the hole, use the next biggest size to drill it out, try fitting it again, if necessary rinse and repeat.

You said it was a stud coming from the turbo, no? So drill out the hole on the DP...

Are you trying to install the entire turboback to the turbo? Meaning the catback and downpipe are connected right now? If so, try taking the catback off and just installing the downpipe first, then reattaching the catback.

You do understand that we are talking about the holes where the down pipe slides over the studs on the back of the turbo? If they are slightly bigger it doesn't make any difference. It really is OK to do this. Don't go overboard but making the hole 1/32'' or 1/16'' bigger isn't going to hurt anything.

I helped install an early model/prototype of Moore Performance's TBE, with the company owner. We had to do this on his DP because it was mocked up on a car without an anti-lift kit. The pipe was hitting the car's ALK and wouldn't slide on the studs. We drilled the mount holes out where the studs went through the flange and it slid right on. They then changed the production version's hole size to correct this problem.

The moral of the story is, companies do this sort of thing there is no problem with you doing it.

godspeed sucks, the drill will probably work, but a lot of their parts have problems. They are one of the lower quality ebay based brands. I am sure some people like their parts, but it is something I'd avoid if possible.
