Plenty of 04 and 05-07 cores available.

You can now purchase our revalve service through Yimi Sport and AQ Motorsports. These vendors also offer installation.

I have to add one more thing to this thread. I had a suspected problem with one of my struts that I got from Odi last year. I called Odi and he shipped a set of newly revalved ones out to me the next day. Talk about great service. Good to know that there are still guys out there who stand behind their product and won't turn their back on you, as is sometimes the case with other vendors (or so I've heard).

Odi, I just installed the new inserts on the weekend and I'll send back those other ones to you soon so you can check 'em out. Thanks again for helping me out.

Quite interested in doing these for my Project 'ultimate DD' build. I'm working on picking up a local set of STi struts to send out.

The racecar already has coilovers and it's own build.

I'll be grabbing them this weekend. I'm assuming you got my PM about the project/thread. I was hoping to get some feedback and ideas from you and the others (when you have a moment). I'm already getting feedback from some of the other vendors. Should be a fun project for the average owner.

Thanks,
Micah

All 05+ struts that we have are sold, but we have more on the way back. They should be here any time.

What can you do with 04 STI struts in a GC, any valving changes for weight?

We have supplied many GC owners with Tarmac Spec 04 STI struts/springs and have gotten positive feedback. We can go a bit softer if you would like via our Sport Spec. valving.

Cool /\

You can now purchase and have the suspension installed at one of our dealers, AQ Motorsports and Yimi Sport.

You can call them to set up a time for the install.

i am in the process of setting up a 95 impreza sedan for some all around fun. the car will be used for scca rallycross, track days and eventually stage rally. the focus would be on dirt/gravel driving and just using it on track for seat time not setting track lap records.

springs will probably be 04 Sti springs or the TEIN G-Tech Springs (Dirt Trial Master).

it sounds like some 04 cores with gravel spec valving and some zerks is what i would want. or am i way off base?

where is the zerk located on the body? is it protected from being blasted by gravel?

Hi Greg,

I responded to your email.

The sti struts valved for gravel work really well on a GC rallyx or even a stage car.

Plenty of travel and stronger than many non inverted struts.

The zerks are located right under the spring perch and face back. I would not worry about anything hitting them, even in offroad conditions.

It took a while for me to connect your box with your project since there was no note inside. But we have it all figured out and are working on them today.
