Do you really think a roll cage should be required for door panel removal? I don't believe door panels provide the driver with any extra protection. They're pretty much just plastic covers. I think a cage should only be required for light weight doors or if you gutted your factory doors.

Are the 4.00 point tires still prohibited in mod class? I hope they are because those tire can give a competitor a HUGE advantage.

Ugh, I take a beating just for having an engine/tranny swap. Without the safety deductions, I would be in unlimited!?

Too many mods, mostly. I'm setup on the edge of the RTA Street rules. Which is pretty much unlimited for this point structure. No worries. I like what's going on here with this series.

Hey guys so who is reprenting the subaru community this sunday?

So far, I know Jon is coming along with 3 of our san diego customers..

2005 STi OE turbo - STi-man - street class
2006 STi 30R stock location - Pete (garageGT) - street class
2008 STi OE turbo - Kevin (garageGT) street class
2005 STi 35R - Patrick (garageGT) mod class

Our Redline time attack / Super Lap Battle street class WRX falls under unlimited class, so we have to bring our street driven EVO IX MR for the modified class..the WRX will only run Subiefest & Super Lap Battle this year.

thats good to hear.. you are allowed to drop/skip 1 event.. so you still will be competing for the 2010 championship just fine, if you do the rest of the events..
