Default 04 wagon spring recomendations

I have an 04 wagon with pink struts and blue prodrive springs. The car handles really good but its a little too stiff/bouncy. What wagon springs out there will lower and give some added performance without sacrificing too much on comfort. Thanks

sorry, I had just gotten this about a week ago. as far as I can tell the only mods done to the suspension was the springs and struts. Basically I want a lower stance without the bounce. I wont be doing track days or any mountain runs but I do want something fun to drive.

IMHO it is the struts that are causing it to be bouncy. The pink struts are overdampening the springs. Those struts would probably match better with STi Wagon Pink Springs. Otherwise, you may need a less firmly dampened strut to make it less bouncy/more comfortable. You could keep the Prodrive Blues and match them with some KYB GR2s (wagon version).

Additionally, I would also check your bump stops. The original owner of the wagon may have not cut the top nub of the bump stops when doing the install. If they are not cut that may help a bit.

Ya a bit, b/c they are designed for STi spring rates (or close to it). It is best to match the dampening capability of your struts to the spring rate (particularly when the struts are not adjustable).

Prodrive Blues are great springs for a DDer. My buddy had them on his '03 WRX (he sold it a little while back) and originally ran them on the stock struts and later on GR2s.

Sounds like the OP is a DD.

Get red swifts aka "Swift Sports". Feels good. Lowers a little. Excellent spring.
