Default Rs-t gets tuned/dyno'd

Finally had the car ready to get tuned.
Car journal http://www.rs25.com/forums/f145/t780...-love-car.html

Had some issues trying to track down a Ignition problem, might be the iridium plugs, had them gapped down to 18-19 ish and helped. You can see in the Higher RPM the blank spot where this happens.
Plus Emanage has is teething problems.

Might have a small exhaust leak, and the car was only seeing 4-5psi.

Nice work! A couple more pounds of boost will make a HUGE difference...

Where is Ancaster?

You should be making a little more then 18 hp from a td04/ewg install. Even though you're only running 4-5 lbs i'd think at least 50 hp should be obtainable. I'd definitely check for boost leaks and do some more trouble shooting.

Lill update, Head gaskets went, so I was going to go with new rods and pistons to handle more boost but getting a nice new STI block was easier and cheaper!

so sitting at 8 psi for a small break in and then up to 16-18 psi we shall go.

New STI block, Cometic HG, ARP head studs, Mishimoto Rad with slim fans and a manual Boost controller.
