Dealers with hold over STI's?

Are there any dealers around with some 08 or 09 sti's laying around? I dont like the gto very much and want to trade it in on either an sti or evo.

The dealer wants to give me the car back but since it doesnt have cats and the ecu is "modified" they said they would have to buy a new ecu and dp to sell it back and the prices for those parts from a subaru dealer are not cheap so they were trying to find me a car that would be suitable as a replacement and so far they have come up with an ap1 s2k. I may have a better chance at just selling he gto and picking up an evo x or sti.
