^What do they do to the vf37? How much HP and TQ is it rated for? Are they gonna make any announcements about this upgrade process?

I didn't ask for more details. They are closed for an undetermined amount of time, so I don't know when they'll be available to answer.

Well there is no way I am sending in my VF36 in to them for this...If I had a VF37 I would contemplate it.

^^^ I agree in the sense that down time should not be an issue when paying $1300 for turbo. I would prefer to call, order, and receive a turbo outright that i could install over the weekend vs. pulling my turbo, shipping it, waiting for the rebuilt and shipment back. If this is the case, then I will keep an eye out on other vendors building twin scroll units.

Bumping this for Blouch.

On my car (04 STi) we had a VF37 TS setup with the JDM headers and UP.
Downpipe is the AVO cast upper with tubular lower.
Injectors are 660's or something near that.
Internals are stock
IC is stock STi
Intake is K&N typhoon.
Tune was by Jorge at P&L using AP v1. The stock AVCS maps were untouched due to base map memory constraints on the AP v1.

On this setup it made something like 297whp 330tq.

We saw what Blouch was doing so we pulled my VF37, and shipped it off to them. We received the reworked turbo just the other day, and we're working on putting my car back together. Then off to get the tune.

So, basically, you guys are hopefully going to see as apples to apples comparison as we can get on this setup. The only change we can anticipate is that we'll be moving to an AP v2 and we'll be able to tune the AVCS.

I'll have to go digging for the original plot.

I do remember that torque shot up at 3500 and was basically a table all the way to redline. It was pretty sweet.

I should be able to get a new one for the new setup when I go to visit Jorge.

Just got everything installed and running. Car hasn't run in two years and fired right up. All we need is a VSS and boost control solenoid and we are good to go.

Looking forward to Pictures

Will you be showing any dyno graphs of the 18G and 20G T/S Variants?

Nope as we don't have those variants. Best I can do is the VF37 vs. the Blouch TS polka pickle.

I guess I could show you the plots of the time attack car that happens to also be running a Blouch turbo...

Sorry...I should have quoted Blouch's comment about their T/S variants to see if they would put up testing information for them.

But I would definitely be interested in seeing that comparo that you suggested TiC.

Blouch doesn't know this yet, but I'm already trying to source some of the T25 twinscroll turbine housings through our distributor in Australia to hopefully get some parts on the shelf for them.

Now, don't hold me to this as I'm seeing if it's possible to do this.
