Default Tranny Noise/Rack noise? - New noise or just noticable after parts install?

Okay, I received some awesome Outrigger bushings, tranny crossmember bushings, and rear diff race bushings from TiC. Thanks again Clint! (Everybody needs to get these as they are awesome!)

Anyway, After the install I could definitely hear the tranny a lot more from the crossmember bushings during decel. Really noisy. This is NOT what I am hearing/experiencing.

However Recently, it sounded as if something is loose under my car when I turn into my driveway while coasting. I can hear it slightly and feel it slightly in my brake pedal/floor board.

I checked everything in relation to the steering and drivetrain. The only thing I found was that while the car was jacked in the air when I manually turned the tire from side to side I could get the noise to come back.

When I move the tire in one direction (say turning right) and reverse the direction suddenly back to the left it will happen/sound like something is loose inside the rack or the toe is out or steering linkage is loose. HOWEVER when I move the tire to the left and snap it back to the right, it is tight and nothing happens.

With the car on the ground if I quickly turn the steering wheel back and forth quickly (like 10 to 2) I can get the clunk repeating... However it also sounds like the tranny/front diff noise you get when you rotate a front tire back and forth while the front of the car is in the air.

I just installed the whiteline FSB with Kartboy endlinks (again, Thanks Clint with TiC) and Whiteline rack bushings, but it still does it... Could it just be my noisy tranny/front diff noise travelleing through the subframe and into my brake pedal? Any thoughts?

ALSO, while driving freeway speeds now, my steering wheel vibrates slightly as if my tires are out of balance. This did not happen prior to the swaybar and rack bushing install.

Clint, chime in here... I have the 22mm Front bar set of the softest setting with Cobb Hollow 25mm bar on the middle setting. You told me that with the 22mm bar on the front my STI springs may not be stiff enough to handle the larger bar... Would this cause a vibration?
Or could it be the stiffer rack bushings which are allowing more road/tire imbalance to travel to the steering wheel?

Thanks!

Check ball joints in the front suspension. Could be that.

Thanks Tony!

When I check the ball joints, what am I specifically looking for? excess play, any play?

Lastly, I wanted to add that when I am at freeway speeds, when the road turns one direction or the other, the vibration increases slightly.
