Default Under target boost and lean afr

After installing my cobb dp on my 07 wrx, I wasn't hitting target boost. I checked and saw that maybe my wastegate arm was hitting the heat shield so I bent back the heat shield and now there is a little jump and then boost drops to 13 psi till redline. I have three logs, all of them are 3rd gear pulls...

First link is for pre heat shield bend

try tightening the wastegate arm by half a turn and post up some datalogs. This is what most people do.

Its probably due to the need to adjust the wgdc/wgdc temp compensation table.this, you'll need to sign up for tuner race software. keep reading and when you're comfortable, these people will guide you.

Okay so... after preloading the wastegate (shortening the acuator arm by a turn). I am now spiking in 4th and 5th getting 17 psi and tapering to low 15s high 14s and underboosting in 3rd getting 14s no idea how this is even possible. I checked all the lines running from the wastegate acuator all seem pretty snug so I'm thinking that my intercooler hoses might be leaking or something. But on a good note, my afr seems to have gotten significantly richer. It's within the map specs so thats solved I believe.
