Default any good places for powder coating??

I'm looking to get a cage powder coated rather than painted but I just don't know where to go (close to hampton/va beach). Obviously I could toss open the phone book and pick a place but I am looking for recommendations (and ideas in pricing). Any advice??

B&B Specialty Coatings, they are located in Henry,VA. Their costs are really good and they have years of experience in dealing with many powders. They have powdercoated a few items on my car.

I'll have to PM the contact info to you later since I am on my work computer and to remain within the guidelines on here.

how DURABLE is powder coating?? I heard it chips rather than scratches (and sometimes chips kinda easily). If that's the case I might as well go with paint so it's easier to touch up.....

powdercoat is very durable. My wheels were powder coated and have held up great.

Extreme Powdercoating in Lorton, VA is good but might be far for you.

Powder is more durable than paint. Cleaning can be a simple as using a damp towel. A good coat of wax will also help. If i had the ability and means to do so, I would powder coat my car to get away from the soft Subaru paint.

it depends on how well you prep the surfaces just like in painting, there is also clearcoats available to protect the powdercoat
