Got the phone brand new from Sprint (manf date: 26-oct-08, no refurb), used it for 7 months until I had some big issues with Sprint, so I left for another carrier. Lost the phone in a bunch of boxes while moving and just found it, now trying to sell it.
The screen has had a screen protector on it from day one, so its scratch free... But the sides/corners do show some wear and knicks.
I installed MightyROM 6 on it (windows mobile 6.5) and it is VERY nice It can still be flashed back to stock if you choose to though.
The only issue it has mechanical wise is that the mini-usb connection doesnt want to connect to the PC everytime. It still charges just fine, and it will connect to the PC when it wants to, but it does have that quirk. I ended up just connecting via bluetooth for syncing, thus eliminating that issue. And I always used HTC WiFi Sharing for tethering anyways.

P.S. The charger and USB cable are not in the pics cause its currently at work so i can charge my other phone (TP2 on verizon). The charger and USB WILL be included in the sale.
