Default AP Idle adjustment?

Hey guys trying to figure out how to use the idle adjustment on my AP for my 06 WRX. Does my car have to be in test mode to adjust idle or what? Thanks.

No just use your "up" and "down" buttons to select what RPM's you want to idle at and hit ok and it will self adjust to that value you selected. Pretty easy.
