Question Boost creep and back firing?

I'm having boost creep and spikes over what it should be and back firing. Would changing my stock exhaust solve this problem?

What is your vehicle's configuration? What all have you done to the car as far as modifications etc? Changing the exhaust would not solve these issues. Fill us in a bit on what is going on. Thanks.
