Default DO I have to run stage 2 with the Cobb ap?

I have a 04 wrx with spt intake and I'm puting on an eBay cattless downpipe. And I still have stock Catback. And I'm getting my Cobb ap Friday which stage should I be running?

stage 1 would be safest.
stage 2 would work. the cat-back doesnt really matter, catted or not

and a tune is always better, but also more money.

Do I really need an big top mount too? I heard only need that when I get a bigger turbo? Does anyone know how much psi and power will I have going stage 2?

Kinda what to wait on the top mount and get me an spt exhaust. Vf34 turbo later on when when I save enough money for the other parts I need to run the vf34

You don't "need" a bigger top mount right now to run the stage 2 map. Just grab the regular stage 2 map from cobb's site and make sure you read the map notes to make sure your mods fit the requirements.

2004 WRX COBB Maps

According to the map notes on the "Stage 2 93 oct" map, the target boost should be "~16.5psi +/- 0.7psi".

If you plan to add a VF39 and a stage 2 map, don't forget you need a:

Catless up-pipe
Fuel Pump
Injectors
VF39 with the correct pill
Aftermarket downpipe
STI TMIC
