because in the world of dynos 1 hp /=/ 1 hp

when u measure an inch its always an inch no matter what ruler you use. but hp/dynos just arent like that. You can go to 5 different dynos and get 5 different numbers.

Take a look at the 2 plots below......which 350 whp would you rather have?

Heres the plot of my 2.2L w/ a rotated 60lb/min turbo (basically a gt35) on 91 octane.

Heres the same car back when it had the stock motor and a vf34.....on a different dyno.

Youve got a fully built 25 at rallispec waiting to get dropped in haha. Its gonna be just as big of a jump from the 2.0->built 2.5 as it was from stock turbo->30r. So your in for another good surprise.

I think there's going to be a decent jump this weekend. No matter the weather, I'm gonna hook jake up with a nice c16 tune for the track

You guys are great. Lets keep this no breaking thing going

Well, no breaking except for a power steering pump that decides to crack before an E85 tune.

Sorry Seneca, its my fault. Too much torques in that 93 map

My thoughts:

Jake, Im going to attack pump gas a little more. Then give you a mild race tune. 30psi sound good EASY with the trans bud, I hope one of us has AAA

Sen, by the looks of it the L trans should hold up under power. We just cant rocket a 1.5-1.6 off of the line. We'll slip some 1.80's and hopefully turn a mid 11 second pass

well.......u may not be doing the exact half maf method....but if you're using that intake and a big turbo you have to be doing something weird with the loads, injector scalar, etc.

Im getting up to 4.5 MAFv and 450 g/s on the kstech 83mm...

Karlknaupp,

are you still going for 11's with a 2.0 and vf?

I'd be happy to help you get down the track a lil quicker my friend!

If you don't want to be very disappointed, I'd go ahead and order some cams.

If BC, get the 280s.
Any other brand, 272s.

Guys,

I finally took off my skirt and stopped being a vajeen, lol. T3RMIN4L and myself spent alot of time with this car, completely re-running hoses for the ewg and 3 port boost controller. We noticed last week it was installed 150% incorrect, and it was almost impossible to control boost, hence the baby numbers.

When the gate+controller were functioning correctly, here's what my final results were with this 141k stock block 2.0l!!!!

Nice numbers, concerning the graph - I am not familiar with the dyno software used but does it use smoothing?
