Default AP and Immobilizer question

I only have one set of keys for my 07 STI and I am planning to get another set from Subaru. They told me that they can program me a new key and remote for about $35. The question I have is do I need to do anything with the AP beforew I go to get it done? I am currently running a Cobb Stage 2 setup. I know they need all of the keys and remotes that I have currently because they reprogram the entire thing.

I can't help with the AP question but I can reassure you that new keys for your 07 STI will not cost $35. I just visited my local dealer and was quoted $87 for the key and $50 for the program.
