I've been trying to get a certain set of wheels since last year. After another vendor screwed up and wouldn't get back to me I gave up. I saw that a new shipment came in this year and I contacted import image. I got my wheels in less than a week! Josh answered all of my questions. He is always lightning fast to respond to my questions on nasioc and I was able to reach him every time I called. Awesome Vendor! Thanks for all your help Josh!

Great Vendor got my BC coilovers from him at a really great price and shipping was really cheap even as far up as Alaska. I am going to do a Turbo swap and maybe a full engine rebuild and I am definately going to get the parts from Josh at Import Image.

I was a PITA with all the question and Josh answered all of them quickly. Great price and customer service so far. I'll review the BC coilovers when I put them on and get them dialed in. Thanks!

I got it a while ago but bought a 255 fuel pump with install kit for like 89 bucks. The pump works great. I will be getting coil overs from them once my bank account recovers since I just put a new turbo on. Thanks guys. You will be the first stop for me when I need performance parts.

Bought my BC Coilovers from Josh at a price he offered me before the coilovers even came out a few months ago...I actually think it was like September or October....anyways i contacted him last month and he still honored the price he gave me which was awsome...shipping was fast and we had an issue with the credit card and he was easy to reach and we got things straightened out as fast as possible.....

Id recommend Josh and Import Image to anyone looking for good deals and good customer service!

So I went to Mach V yesterday to let Dan tweek the car. Compared to last year's dyno the UP/TBE and tune put down around 40 hp more (depending on which pull you look at). Dan got about 15hp more than the OTS Stage II map, made much more area under the curve, and got my AFR back on the graph at 11.5 (compared to dropping off the chart at 3500+). Oh, and as usual when I'm at Mach V, it snowed. I came back to Roanoke on Rt. 29 so I could play with the car instead of droning along at 75 on the Interstate. Very happy with the results and Dan's work and the hospitality of the guys at Ultimate.

BriSalig, we've exchanged several messages since you posted. You told me that the Mach V employee you spoke to was not abusive, did not use profanity, nor did he say anything otherwise offensive; he just didn't give you the attention you thought you deseved.

I offered to talk with you personally, to answer any questions you had, and that if there's any part you needed I could give you a special deal on it. You didn't want to take advantage of any of those offers, so I don't know what else to tell you. I'm sorry you're unhappy. It must have been one bad phone call; your experience is very unusual.

Very Good service here, I would definitely recommend them and plan to make a few more purchases from them in the future.
I ordered the Turboxs catless TI TBE and it said it was to ship in one day, didn't see anything 3 days later so I called and spoke with Dan and he called Turboxs right then and said they were shipping the exhaust and he would have it shipped out the next day. Sure enough my exhaust came today just like he said and I had it on in under 2 hrs..

Anyone thinking of doing business with the guys from Mach V, don't think twice because they will get it done. Not to mention they had the cheapest price on the TBE other than ebay. I also def. recommend the Turboxs TI TBE because it is awesome, I love it

Thanks for working everything out for me Dan, greatly appreciated.

I'd like to be able to go elsewhere, but there are very few vendors around me within nice driving distance.
Who's in charge of your website, and can I have his job? I think I'm a good candidate, I don't like to work alot.
However, just going to the place and not spending money is an OK experience.

Talking Mach V Motorsports (fastwrx.com)

I purchased endlinks from the FastWRX web page. Dan was nice enough to check stock for me before the order. The order arrived in 2 days. Dan gets 5 banannas for that one. Very good service. I would definitely buy from them again.

Thanks again, Zach

i had a bad first experience with them..

I ordered a V-Lip...waited a week to get it. When i recieved the massive box it was EMPTY...yes you read that right EMPTY..i dunno how anyone would seal and empy box the size as my bedroom door and ship it? Whoever was in charge of my order musta been high when he was doing my order

They did ship another one out the next day after i contacted them, But he kinda seemed annoyed when i called him..Finally after waiting over 2 weeks for my lip, the lip didnt even fit in the box and was all bent and deformed..i had to lay it in the sun for a few hours and take a heat gun to get it back into shape

Heh, ya' think?! One of my staff shipped an empty box the size of a door!!! It wasn't you I was annoyed with, but US.

Well, as I said on the phone, that's a first for us, that's for sure. It's a pretty ridiculous mistake, and I'm sorry. As for the lip warping thing, that's been hashed over pretty thoroughly in the Poly lip thread. The short of it is that if you leave the lip at room temp for a day or two, it'll revert to shape by itself. Also, we now have even better fitting boxes...

Anyway, I'm truly sorry about the bizarre empty-box mistake.

I forgot to leave some feedback about a month ago after I ordered some stuff from Mach V. My order was long and complicated because I wasn't satisfied with one gauge pod so it was returned and exchanged for another. Then I didn't get a credit on my card for the exchange but in the end I spoke with Dan and he got me all fixed up. Instead of taking a credit I just told Dan to surprise me with something and a few days later there was a Mach V t-shirt in my mailbox! WoooHooo!

I won't hesitate to do business with Dan again!

Just cancelled my order for some Carbotech brake pads, placed 3 weeks ago. I recommend not ordering Carbotech products from Mach V (fastwrx.com), since Mach V doesn't keep anything in stock. While the actual delay may have originated at Carbotech, it's not worth the wait and hassle to keep contacting Mach V for an update on the order status.

Buy Carbotech brake pads from a vendor that actually has them in stock, like Oakos. Mach V may have cheaper prices, but Oakos will get the pads to you when you need them.

You have obviously never been to Dan's shop - it is bursting at the seams usually.

He always has pretty good stacks of brake pads to sell. C-Tech, Hawk, EBC (blech etc.

Demand for brakes for Subaru's is extremely high this time of year - if he can't get them to you it's because CarboTech failed in keeping up w/ demand. Hawk has the identically same issue.

I have ordered a few items from mach v before. some might have taken longer to get to me than i wanted to because of the delay from the manufactuer, not becuase of mach v. that is something out of their control. but overall the service has been great.

That's why I recommended ordering Carbotech products from someone who has them in stock. I went through the same thing last year in May. I placed an order for Carbotech Panther Plus pads, checked in a week later to find out the pads weren't in stock (Again, I had to take the initiative to find out my order status. Who knows if/when I would've been notified of a delay.). Then placed an order through Oakos and got the pads quickly.
