Default Test mode not coming on?

So I tried to install my AP on my 02 WRX and test mode will not come on. I looked for the connectors and found them already connected, but the check engine doesn't blink. Rad fans do come on. I tried disconnecting them reconecting the connectors but got the same result

Nevermind, I found them-I was looking for the same shape as are under the drivers side, the ones under the passenger's side are smaller. Thanks!
