Default Will this bolt up to my 2002 2.5rs?

There's one of these for sale locally for a good price, and I would love to have it...But, this site says it fits 97-01 2.5rs. I was curious if this would work on my 2002?

Yes it will, also depending on your good price check on ebay. There are what they refer to as a replica model just like that with good quality for a very nice price for new. With the borla remember there is no transfer of warranty to a used pair. Also it is very rare these days but make sure they are the newest model (which are pictured in your link) the older versions were prone to cracking more.

Also vivid is bad juju do not buy from there.

He's asking 150 for it. It's not from vivid, it's just a link for reference. Thanks for the help!

Is the quality of the ebay header comparable with that of the borla?

Some suggest that it is better, but beyong that this is brand new compared to one with an unknown amount of miles.

I have had both and to me there is no difference minus one is polished. Plus if anything happens it did not cost that much in the first place.

I have herd that the walls of the borla are thicker so you don't get an annoying "sewing machine" noise with them that you get with the knockoff's. and I have also hear that on some of the borlas and especially the older ones people were having trouble with the welds breaking

I have had my knockoffs for about 5yrs also while being in the northeast so plenty of salt on the road. Not one single issue with them.
