I'm selling my StickyPod Original mount that I've been using to video tape at AutoX and track day events. Comes with all original components and an extra 3" extension.

$40 for the the StickyPod

Its the Original model, plus I have an extra 3" extension for it. I don't have photos of the one sitting in my living room, but I can try to get some later. for now...

Ah thanks - I was hoping that it was a smaller one I could use inside. Putting the camera on top of my car makes me nervous. (Strano reinforced those fears at Hershey, hahaha)

how 'bout a sample video so we can see video quality with this setup.

Is the camera still for sale? I only see a price for the mount.

The camera was sold.

I'll see if I can dig up some old film, but the quality is only going to show you the camera not the mount. The mount is very very stable due partly to its size and 4-cup mount.

greenbird - I had that mount on my roof at over 105+mph. it never budged a millimeter. I actually talked to Strano after his camera came off because I had just bought the GoPro that fell off his car and it made me nervous too - he said it was bcs they were being stupid, he mounted on the rear bumper where it was really dirty and didn't clean off the surface first (and its only one suction cup..)

I uploaded a track day vid onto vimeo. forgive the music, but theres not much more than wind noise at those speeds anyway. At the end of the back straight I was hitting around 105mph , maybe a couple more before standing on the brakes for the 90deg left hander. I know it doesn't look that fast, but it is.

and yes, I bogged at the beginning because I wasn't expecting them to let us get a drag race start like that, hahaha (they had been letting one car go at a time, the guy working start was a friend

To this day it bothers me, bcs I think I could have had that darn Evo
