Default VF39'd WRX Tuned By Applied Tuning Solutions

I'm sure most of you all have seen similar dyno's a zillion times. So... add another to the list.

On a side note, my VF39 has an 8cm hot-side. Dunno if it really made much of a difference, but nontheless, I am happy with the results.

Car: 2007 WRX
Tuner: Applied Tuning Solutions
Dyno Info: Dynojet
Peak HP at RPM: SAE 297AWHP @ 5600
Peak Torque at RPM: 340AWTQ @ 3200
Baseline hp/tq for a stock on same dyno: 170awhp/170awtq stock 03wrx
Target Boost: 17 tappering off
Target AFR: 11.0
Fuel: Winter 93
Engine/Power Modifications: 3" catless exhaust / VF39 / STI TMIC / STOCK AIRBOX

The lower number is from my stage 2 setup (TD04) using Bullwinkles RomRaider map.

Thanks to Bill from ATS!

Nice stuff there. I don't have my dyno sheet in front of me but at sea level with stock injectors, my 06wrx with a vf39 is at 301whp and 339 tq. 18 psi and my injectors are close to being maxed out. car runs awesome and has run 13.1 in .25 mile without a real "launch"
so again, nice numbers and enjoy the ride!

I got it from a gentleman that lives over in the next town. He's on the board... has an 06 STI.

Here are pics...

I'll see what I can find out with the uncorrected part.

I like how she gets squirly out of the box and then... just keeps pulling more and more. I'm going to have to take a trip to the track.

i'm glad that the turbo is working out for you, those are great numbers. My atp3071 is only making 313whp silicone hose collapsed. But I fixed the problem so schedule retune for monday with eric. Hey can I go for a ride to see how that feels.

Nah the 06/07 wrx have the same pump as the 06/07 sti. It is basically an sti stage 2 protune in which the sti utilizes the stock pump.

Yeah I agree it is a little on the rich side, but I figure with the decent amount of power gained and being on the safe side, it is pretty much the best of both worlds.

11.0 is a nice safe number imho. the amount of power I've seen picked up by leaning it out to say 11.5 has been to the tune of 5 to 10 tq max
