Default Favorite logging spots?

Alright - hopefully this is within forum rules. Does anyone have any favorite spots for logging (ie third gear pulls) in the valley? I don't really know a good place to go and do this. Makes me nervous going to redline in third where there could be other cars. I like to think of myself as a very safe driver...never been pulled over for speeding in the 3 years I've been in AZ.

pm me if you don't want your secret spot made public!

I actually feel like a d-bag for asking. But I know plenty of other people road tune. I don't street race or drive like an asshat. Just trying to get some decent logs w/o attracting attention.

If your in gilbert, there are a few spots that are relatively safe to open it up. Both queen creek road and riggs road just east of the 10 are pretty open during the afternoon. I like to use riggs between the 10 and dobson just because it's technically on the indian res and if you do end up getting a ticket it does not get reported to the state and you only have to pay $5 for every mile per hour you go over the speed limit, which I believe is 50. They only report it to the state if you contest the ticket, they just want the funds.

The best place i know of is on price between guadalupe and baseline you must be heading north... its just shy of 1 full mile with no turn offs and is all fairly straight and is 2 lanes all the way... ive done the very thing even a 4th pull it was at 1 am though... there is no where for any one to hide on it.

thanks for the suggestions. The only place I've tried before is the east section of 202 at night, but i'm always paranoid there's a cop hiding on an on-ramp (with his radar off). I miss CA. CHP just about always leave their radar on, so usually have plenty of warning from my beltronics. In my experience DPS tends to be smarter about it and only turn it on after they've spotted someone.

There's a stretch of road on Hunt Hwy from Gilbert to Val Vista, I've seen a cop sitting on Lindsay once or twice so it would be a good idea to drive past to make sure its clear.

That's the Road.....
P.S. the end of the video is annoying.

That spot on queen creek is where I will go sometimes.
I drive up and down between the 10 and dobson until I am comfortable.

I used to live right near there, that's why I would hear what sounded like street races going on sometimes...

Down Gilbert is much better...there are no entries/exits into the development right there. I tend to shy away from doing 90+ right next to homes where people are more prone to pull out right in front of you.
