Default Civic or 240sx?

Well, I have my 02 Wrx as my primary car right now (Cobb stage 2, suspension, blah blah blah). I got a job where I'll be delivering car parts. I'm debating whether I should buy a eg civic or an old s13. Use it as my daily to transport the parts around my borough in NYC. Ive always wanted a honda besides my sube to have as a track car, and i also wanted to have a 240 to drift in. Im going to be keeping my subaru as like a weekend car, i guess you can say. What do u guys think?

If your deciding between those two...240. At least it's RWD.

Having owned multiple Civics and current owner of an Integra with a Type-R swap, I'd say go for a Civic or Integra, do a swap if you have the money. Cheap, reliable car that you can DD and take on the track if you want. I guess you can do the same with a 240 though. But I'm biased.

Based on this, I'd say an EG hatch. You can fit more in it than a 240, and the 240 market is still expensive because everyone decided they wanted a car to drift in. You'd stand a better chance of finding a civic that hasn't been crashed into a telephone poll while the driver had wet dreams about Initial D.

I say go for the 240. Drifting just looks like too much fun.

I thought about a bubble too but I wish my Wrx had a sunroof. And finding a SI bubble or a bubble with a properly installed sunroof is hard to find.. I want a 240 to do an rb swap but I just don't know because I'll be driving in all types of weather

I'm bitter towards 240's because of the people that own them around my area.

I would buy a Civic for the fun factor.

This is definitely an OT thread.

That's a hard one. It's really hard to find a decent 240. You'd have more luck getting a civic.

I'm getting mixed messages. If you want a daily driver to carry things in, that's one recommendation. If you want a project car to drift in and do a swap on, that's a whole different situation.

Is a sunroof that important to you? A few cars ago I had a GSR with a sunroof. I enjoyed it, and I sometimes miss having the sunroof, but I get my open air fix by driving other cars my family has (a 330CIc and a Fiat 500c, which despite the chickiness, is a plenty fun car).

I know I'll get jumped on for this, but if all you're doing is carrying small car parts then have you thought about a Del Sol? It's not a sports car, but it is dirt cheap, has a reliable and fuel efficient honda engine, and with the top in the trunk and all the windows down, it looks like a good time.

Eh, I was never really a fan of del sols. I mean, it's gonna be my daily for a little bit, but after whatever like sometime down the road I would like to turn it Into a track car.. Sorry for the miscommunication. The whole sunroof thing- I've always liked them. And being that I'm gonna be in the car majority of the day, I guess it should be atleast to my "comfort".. Know what I mean?

Eh mer god, do you know if that is similar to the Dodge (1993 Dakota) seatbelt/headlight buzzer? It's the worst sound ever, and now I actually put my seatbelt on before putting the keys in the ignition because I can't stand that noise. I guess that's the point.
