2006 STi heads on my 97 EJ25D
First I have searched and could not easily find a thread pertaining to this scenario.
Will they match right up?
Too much flow? Currently have a Cobb UEL header and K&N air filter.
Compression ratio issues?
Cam grinds way off?
Any other things that might make it a headache or cause a loss of power versus stock heads getting redone?

They'll match up, but you'll need a standalong to run them. You'll also need a new intake manifold.
The don't really flow better than your stock heads and the cams will be all wrong for an NA applicaiton.
Really, there's no single good reason to do this.
