Good thing you didn't punch him, he'd have the right to return the favor. That thing is far from fast. It has over 200k on it, burns more oil than it does gas, has a bad EGR valve, runs pig rich, gets less than 20miles to a gallon, and has a toasted center diff in the automatic. Most of the time, it has less than 2 quarts of oil in it. I only add oil when the valves start clicking. I've done this for over 2 years. The damn thing just won't die. But what else are beaters for?

I think you might be getting it confused with my nice one that will be fast when it gets put back together. Here is what it looks like now...

I have some pics of what it looked like when it was running but they are on my home computer. I'll post them up later.

The goal is the first of June. That will make it one full year since I quit driving it, after a rod bearing started knocking on the EJ205.

As far as mods go, it would take me all day to list them all. I'll list the major stuff.
V7 JDM STi RA Spec C EJ207
APS topmount
APS turbo inlet
750 cc injectors
Walbro 255 pump
Perrin Fuel rails with custom braided ss lines
GT spec unequal length headers
Ported VF34
Cobb catless TBE
ARC induction box
Group N motor mounts

V8 JDM STi Spec C 6mt
V7 JDM STi RA R180 rear
V7 JDM STi RA axles, hubs, Brembos

04 USDM STi struts, JDM V8 STi pink springs, V8 group N tops
Whiteline 24mm front and rear sway bars, kartboy links
Every bushing turn in concepts sells

V7 STi 17 inch Gold wheels and a set of Work Emotion XD9s
JDM STi HID headlights
V7 JDM STi seats, steering wheel, etc
V8 JDM STi cluster
Black real Alcantara covered headliner, A, B, and C pillars
and the sweet Subaru box laying in my floor board

I guess that's most of the major stuff.

When I get it all together I'm going to have Nate at TPG do an open source tune on it. It should be around 320 whp, 300 ftlbs or so. It's kind of hard to say it really depends on the dyno. Then in the fall, when I have some money, it will really be where I want it. I'm going to get an APS DR525, APS 70mm intake, Moore performance DP, hook up my meth kit, and probably a GT3076R. 400whp should be doable.

Yep that was me.

Here are a couple of old pics from about two years ago, right after the 6spd swap, with the horrible aftermarket wing.

I was so happy to get rid of that wing. It was on the car when I got it, finally I found a trunk for a decent price with a stock wing.

Here are a few pics of it in the garage during the initial tear down for the motor swap.

^What wing is that? It almost looks like the regular STi wing, but with a different bottom and more swept back?

No, it's a Wings West Prowing.
http://www.wingswest.com/catalog/pro...oducts_id=1849
I am so confident in this that I will gladly go get it from behind my building and hack it up with an ax, if you would like.

Here is the 22b replica from MRT.

Notice the bottom where the brake light is.

If it was a MRT wing I would have sold it, not left it in my back yard in a mud hole.

I can go ahead and rsvp for myself and maybe my girlfriend. Kevin (white bugeye) and Phil (psm w/ cf hood) should be there as well. I've also been talking to people and leaving notes on nice subies to come out if they're free.

My friend just saw a blue sti with black wheels and dark tint getting towed to the university police station on a dolly by university towing and being escorted by a DPS cop car.

Not sure if I can make it tomorrow since I forgot about plans I already made. Will try even if i show up late

Good. That kid parks his car in front of Towers every freakin day and just leaves it there all day, I've seen him get 2/3 tickets in one day before. I've never actually talked to the kid who drives it but he looks like a tool, and if I had to guess, mommy and daddy paid for everything on that STI (tint, wheels, RA flaps, etc... Plus all the tickets he gets) so as far as I'm concerned, he needed a reality check.
