Default I'm having an issue at the dealership i bought my car, how to go above Gen Manager?

I need to contact the owner or higher up of this particular chain of dealerships. I need to go above the GM of this particular one that I purchased the car at. How can I do this? I wont say the same of the particular location, but its the Colonial family of dealerships, based in MA.

Why waste your time arguing with a stealership ?

Try bitching to Subaru of America and/or Subaru of New England.

Horribly poor experience. Deal was made in the end, but this was over 3 weeks ago and the plate transfer hasn't happened yet. One bill of sale extension later, and the car is illegally on the road as of tomorrow.

whatever company it is, go to the manufacturer's website and you should be able to find a way to contact them and from there you can build your way up.
