Default FS: PA: ThermoTec turbo wrap.

DP SOLD!!!
Wrap SOLD!!!
Cobb catted DP, about 30k on it. 02-07 wrx/sti. Great shape EXCEPT the aux. o2 sensor bung. It is unusable. It is plugged and not leaking. It had the typical seized plug in it and I had to mangle it to get it out. It was tapped but the last time I went to pull the plug, it finished itself off. The stock location rear o2 plug is perfect. It was wrapped at one time so thats why its a little discolored.

Whats left of my ThermoTec turbo wrap kit enough to do alot with it. The square missing is what I used for my 18g. The ruler is 2'. The lighter colored wrap is like wide exhaust wrap and the shiny stuff is a fiberglass type barrier. You make a sandwich with it and use the safety wire to strap it down.

I can get better pics if needed when the sun is out tomorrow.
Thanks!

the plug on top is completely unusable? you said its sealed, with what? and you already had it re-tapped once? do you think it can be tapped again?

You might be able to tap it again but I wouldn't risk a $100 o2 sensor. I said plugged, there were enough threads left to snug the plug; so I put a little hi-temp silicone on it and put it back in. It is not leaking. As I said, it is unusable as it sits <<the bellmouth o2 port.
