Default Moderators Can You Help

I bought a set of what was supposed to be 750cc injectors from member "goyim". I paid $250 for them through paypal and went to have them installed. My tuner put a 750 map on and the car ran horrible! We found out the "goyim" sent me a set of stock injectors that he or somebody else engraved numbers on to look like deatschwerks.

Any help?

Thank you,

Since he isn't local there isn't anything I can do. Your best bet is to use the report post button on his thread, and try to get him labeled as a scammer. Hopefully you can get paypal to refund your money...

Just under their name, next to the green bubble that says someone is online, there is a red triangle --->

Click that on their post and it'll report it. It'll also prompt you with a box to fill out why you're reporting. Fill it out with your problem and hope for the best.

so instead of newbie or guru or supporter you could just change his title to "Subaru Scammer"

Exactly. And any good scammer is smart enough to take the money and run.

Yup. Good policy. Me too. However, if you issue a CC chargeback and Paypal get's screwed, they typically suspend your account. Not that I care.

Well I have already heard back from paypal, here is their response:

Your seller has chosen to escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim. By
ending communication with you and escalating to a claim, the seller is
asking PayPal to investigate the case and decide the outcome. As part of
our investigation, PayPal reviewed any communication you may have had in
the Resolution Center.

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund.

What a bunch of bs!

Well you guys, they seller gave me the money back plus the cost of labor. It turns out he didn't package the items and was unaware.

How do you remove a negative feedback? I would like to change it.
