Default New Front Look WRX 2011

Metal STI badge or not... it still look like a Hyunday rear body with an Honda wing in my personal opinion.

At the front, they straighten up the lines, less curves, less finition in my taste.

More rectangular shape that makes it more like a GM Chevrolet or a Ford (look at front gril). It feels like an american stock racing car and less of a japanese exotic import car. About finition, look how fog light are attached to bumper, looks like a lego block snap on to it. It looks more mean but front body skirt is not low enough and I personnally feel the mags that come with it cheap somehow. Maybe I am wrong.

I think I am gonna keep my reservation for my WRX 2010 Limited

The 2011 WRX hatch and STi hatch look almost identical, which is weird.

The 2011 WRX sedan looks better than the STi sedan, which is awesome!

2011 WRX sedan > rest of 2011 lineup IMO

i love it. i think it looks fantastic compared to the 08/09's. if i come into some money i might even consider buying one. i love the front bumper and foglamp bezels, i love the front grille, i love the rear bumper and i love how wide it is. slap some nice rims on it - maybe some rather agressive fitting enkeis or something.

sick.

A lot of car manufactures are learning from othe makers that LED's can also be a bad thing... especially a car that's supposed to be driven in all conditions.... LED light don't put out any heat so when driving in adverse conditions the heat from the lamp usually melts away ice and snow which the LED's don't do.... Just look at all the different cities that switched to LED signal lights in Canada and had to switch them back for they kept icing up and snow would build up on them.

The lack of the new STI at the autoshow was a let down to say the least, wanted to see it up in person to gauge a real opinion.

The car was just launched less than a week ago at the New York Autoshow.

Why would anyone expect to see it at the Vancouver show?

I was a young rook, hopeful that the "international auto show" would bring me the newest that subaru had to offer. Nissan didn't even attend (i love that gtr...)

Agreed. Is it an "international auto show" or a dealer clearance sale? You would think an "international auto show" in the largest market in Western Canada would highlight the latest and greatest the industry has to offer.

No Nissan. No Infiniti. Lexus didn't even bring the IS-F (but I saw one on the street parked a block away)

The woman working the Subaru display didn't even know ANYTHING about the 2011 models, like the fact that the 2011 WRX is widebody like the STi.

At least SR Auto Group was there with sick rides and friendly reps.

^ I thought that as well.

The kia picture comparison is more disturbing.

I bet the car will look nicer in person though.
