Default Question before purchasing an accessport

Hey guys,

I was looking at buying an accessport but I have a few questions. I want to run stage 1 because I only have a k&n intake and an spt catback. But can I run stage one with the k&n? I called perrin and they told me that I could only run their map with the perrin cold air intake or cobb's maps with the stock airbox.

Should I buy the perrin cold air and use perrin's maps?
or
Should I run stage one with perrin's maps and keep the k&n?
or
Should I put the stock airbox back on and run cobb's stage 1 map?

I'm kind of new to all this but thanks for your input. I can't wait to figure out what I'm gonna do its gonna be awesome

Perrin's tune is more aggressive than Cobb's. IMO, get the Perrin CAI along with their map for best results. Just make sure to mention that you have their CAI so they can give you a calibrated map.
