I dont think you're gonna win. Both the south carolina towns have 16000 votes compared to Tempe's 54.

Script to vote repeatedly? I've done this before with other things.

You can sometimes use google translate to translate the page which works like a proxie and allows you to vote multiple times. At least this used to be the case... now google has caught on and after a few reloads throws a malicious / fraudulent activities flag preventing your macro from running properly.
