Which location? The one I've gone too, their manager watches and listens very attentively for any such shenanigans. And at times has done the drive check himself.

If I told them before hand to tell the guy who drove it around, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have driven like he did. He knows my brother and probably would have had more respect.
The manager genuinely, seemed sorry because he is good friends with my brother and chewed out the guy who drove my car.

That sucks I always put my car in Valet mode (thanks cobb) and tell them that the engine wont rev past 3k as an FYI to the person who is going to be driving it
