Default AP problems!!!!

i jus purchased an AP for my 06 wrx off this guy but he didnt uninstall it from his car (which has been sold). does ne one know how or if there is even a way to reset it with out the car?

if it is still married to his old car (and you cannot locate that car) I would suggest calling Cobb. I believe they will unmarry it for a fee ~$300 or $350 or something.
