Default Interior Driver's Seat Support and Throwout Bearing

Hi Everyone,
I was simply sitting in my car Saturday parking it and heard a pop inside the driver's seat, some kind of support or spring gave way. Now when I sit in the Drivers seat vs. the Passenger Seat, the lumbar support is shot on the Driver's side. I can also hear the metal in there kind of grinding against itself...Let's see if Subaru can duplicate this one...or will they say, oh no, that seat feels normal, I don't have any more patience for: "we couldn't duplicate that".

I am getting fed up and starting to lose a little faith in Subaru.

I also have a throwout bearing/harsh intermittent clutch pedal vibration Subaru cannot duplicate every time I bring it in. I am starting to think about a tradein which sucks because this is the ideal car that I can love and afford...I think even used STi's will be quite out of my price range.

I bought this car new as a great combo of fun and reliability, it only has 19K on it and I am having issues. I expect a car only a bit more than a year old to still be doing terrific.

Guess I will be calling SoA again tomorrow to express my disappointment.
