That cable with the silver bracket near the intake manifold, that's for cruise control right? You're not keeping that anymore, or are you?

nope that would be my throttle cable, my car is not drive by wire :P

Im doin nothing special, just a simple setup,

Pistons
springs + retainers + valves
cams

Haha, we will have a rematch as soon as our whips are done.

here is some progress for today, im doin a wire tuck on my car so i started to strip the wiring. My first time trying to do a wire tuck so it gonna take a while to figure stuff out, need to order some wire tuckin supplies and get movin!

sick bro! If you're trying to wire tuck it, you should also reverse the manifold and take things out you don't need.

^^^Agreed, Subaru wire tuck is crazy... You have to do so much extra **** to make the engine bay look good...

here is my newerrrrrr throttle body







deleted water pipes and cruise control bracket,

Turbotrix bored the throttle body for me from a 60mm to a 63mm, should help a lil with power

Adrian, will the ported tb really make a huge difference? I did my intake mani and tgvs port matched but didnt do the tb. I guess I could if it makes a difference. btw wtf is a water pipe lol

^ Subarus have coolant running through the TB to prevent it from freezing during winter.

Would it really make a big diff considering the actual throttle plate is still the same?

250 and you can get a 70mm tb, looks good though.
