Default cargo bin vs. cargo tray?

Can someone explain to me the difference between the cargo bin and the cargo tray for the wagon?

The cargo tray is a flat mat that fits over the floor of your cargo area. It has a little raised lip around the edge to contain minor spills.

The cargo bin is more of an open box that you put stuff into. It evidently folds flat: "Cargo bin and matching cargo tray provide for convenient transportation of various articles. When not in use, bin and net dividers fold down to a nearly flat surface. Pattern design of bin and tray coordinate with rubber mats. "
