Default Ap v1 or v2

Hey I hope I don't get flamed too bad for this question but here it goes. I'm looking to get an ap and I've found a few version 1's for under 300 bucks. My question is would running a version 1 be a good deal for someone like me who only wants to go stage 2? Or would I be better just getting a version 2. Thanks in advance for your comments/advice

i believe AP1 isnt supported anymore by Cobb. IMO, its not a good deal if you need support of any kind. Call them directly to find out. It might be cheaper to just get a opensource road tune from a local tuner if money and support is a concern.

If you are just going to flash stage 1 & put the AP in the closet, and then go stage 2 6 months later, the APv1 would do that no problem. But if you think you would use the features of the APv2 than that is worth every penny... JMO
