Default tokico dspec spring/strut setup

just installed tokico d-spec strut and lowering spring setup on my 04 sti
rears dropped like they were suppose to but fronts r sitting at the same height maybe higher
i have taken apart 3 times. install is correct. ???????????? so lost

after install fronts r sittin at stock ride height
struts/springs r in correct places..
im so lost
the rears dropped 1.2 like they were suppose to ???
