how do you have the car prepped, ie, brake pads, r comps, shocks. I'm just wondering because I autocross and have been debating doing a HPDE.

Pads = Carbotech XP10 F/R
Fluid = Motul 600
Tires = Dunlop Star Specs
Coilovers = BC BR 8k/8k (25 front - 20 rear)

As far as pads on the stock rotors/calipers, I cannot speak for your driving style but I can tell you how I feel about it. I will not track the car again on the stock brake configuration. I like to brake late and turn in fast and from watching the video, you can see I couldn't do that with the stock configuration. I was experiencing brake fade and had to start slowing down early to have brakes. Besides, the XP10's are toasted. The material went right into the rivets of the backplate all in 4 sessions. The front rotors are pitted and grooved. My calipers piston dust covers are severely burnt and falling apart, but still work.

I am now looking into STi Brembos or StopTech.

looking at your pictures above i am a little dissapointed...although i dont know how hard you are turing or how fast you are going i wouldnt expect that much body roll with full coil overs sway bars endlinks chasis brace and strut tower brace....

maybe you just have that much grip with 245 star specs ... i know id be pissed if i saw any body roll in my car if i spent all that money on those mods !

I was also a bit surprised. I have been wondering if I need to be looking into some bushings. The star specs however felt really good with lots of grip.

Any suggestions as to what to tweak in the suspensions?

honestly....im not sure there is much more you can do, coilover's ,biggest front sway bar you can get, end links, and strut tower brace, rear chassis brace....maybe a bigger rear swaybar canlevel out the back....helping the front a tiny bit?

i knew 245s can fit onmy 09 !!!! those geeks in the tire and wheel section were like NONONO NONONO CANT FIT CANT DO IT NO WAY NO HOW...

I talked to BC Racing today regarding spring rates. I will be ordering a new set of Swift 10k springs which should make a difference. I will also be replacing the rear Eibach 22mm to a whiteline 25mm which is more adjustable.

how wide is your rim and what size are the tires, I want to get star specs for autocross, but I don't know if I want to try 245s on my stock width rim.

I run 245/35/18s daily and 255/35/18 R888s on the track.. Slight fender roll in the back is all that's needed.

17x8 w/ 45mm offset

No rubbing, No rolling fenders.
