Default Grill help

Cany anyone with an 01 through 04 legacy give me the measurements of their grill? height, length etc.... I have a Baja and want to try and fit an aftermarket legacy grill to it. They look very similar, just wondering how far off they actually are from one another. Thanks.

The Baja is an Outback with the rear roof cut off. The hood and grille are the same as the Legacy and Outback.

^ which is proven by the fact that there is at least one member on here that has a Baja turbo hood (scooped) on their BH/BL. you should be just fine going with it.

Ok, so I got the grill and it does not fit on the Baja whatsoever. I am going to sell it here because the ebayer does not accept returns. They basically modded a factory gill, I paid 75 for it plus shipping (from Japan). The auction states it will fit an 00-04 Legacy.
Open to any offer as I have no use for it. THANKS!

Slagman -

Until "we" find out what this grill will actually fit, I am afraid that it is basically "worthless".

Any chance you could measure it (width, length, height) ? Maybe include photos showing mounting locations (etc) ?

Thank you.

PS.

The photo you included *looks* like it *might* be a grill for a 1995-96 BD Legacy.

Auction stated it is for an 00-04 Legacy
Here is the description I cut and pasted from the original seller:
I did not see mounting points

Subaru Legacy and Outback 00-04 in US and Canada.
Sedan and Wagon.
2.5i, 2.5GT, Base, Limited, etc.
STI S401 style front bumper upper sport grille.

This is an aftermarket part.
It is made of high quality fiberglass.
Strong and lightweight.
Finished with smooth surface in black.
Painting is required.
The metal mesh is painted in black.
Mounted and removable.
It provides better airflow to the engine bay
and protects the radiator.
It has no pre-drilled mounting holes.
Modifications may be required
to customize the fitment.
Very easy to install.

I bought this grill and it fits 2000-04 Legacy L or GT. It will not fit an outback because an outback grill is 1/2 an inch taller.
