Default sti power steering pump fitting broken

It's the plastic hose fitting on the top of the pump on a 2004 STi.

the fitting is removable (it's o-ringed), but It doesn't appear that you can buy it separate of the pump ?!?

the question is: Has this ever happened to anyone? And if so, am I screwed?

I take you went to the dealer to get the o-ring and they won't sell just the 0-ring right?

If that is true, take the o-ring with to like Auto care or Napa and tell them that the o-ring was from the P/S unit. They should be able to find the one you want and correct size.

Or call up the dearler again and ask them if the pump is the same on the rest of the Imprezas and find one in a junk yard.

I hope this helps you.

the o ring is fine - but the o ring is connected to a plastic fitting that has snapped off.

it's the part marked "inlet nozzle" in this photo...even though this one is made of metal:

another photo, showing the o-ring i was referring to:

Oh my misstake in thinking it was just the o-ring (lol@me)

ok, I would still hit the junk yards take your old pump and see if you can't just buy that snout (try to get the metal one).
See if the new one fits in your pump and buy it.
If not see if the mounting holes in the new pump line up with yours and buy it.

I hope this helps you.
