Any dealerships close to Jacksonville that you guys could recommend? I know Mastro would be my 1st choice if it wasn't so far.....but if there aren't any then Mastro it will be. Tried Subaru of Jacksonville....and they were cool in the beginning....then when we coudn't reach a financial agreement, the salesman began to be a dick and as we left said we wasted his time.

Don't waste your time with anyone else...Mastro's price, service, selection & customer attention will be well worth the drive. Ask for Sean or Pete (and tell them Opie sent ya!).

Plus, by the time you get home, 1/3 of your break-in will be finished!

Default Don't be bias to Mastro, Try calling other dealer, doesn't hurt to call

Don't be bias to Mastro, Try calling other dealer, doesn't hurt to call and find out the bottom line prices.

Do some homework and don't just buy the car at the first dealer you visit.

I tried Mastro but the service doesn't sound too nice, they quote me some odd numbers over the phone.

Not to attack them or anything, it is just what I experienced, maybe someone have a great experience with them which I won't disagree.

Bottom line is to shop around and compare.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Subaru of Jax ! They treated me just fine and went above board to make me happy. The owner Phil is a great guy and was very down to earth.I have also heard great things about Mastro from my roomate , but I stuck to the dealer near me.

when i bought my WRX, the only two dealerships in the state that would come off sticker price of 24-25k were Mastro and Subaru of Jax.

I test drove at SOJ, and the guy was really cool. A few months later i was ready to buy, called him back and asked for a price.
what it came down to was that Mastro threw in the STi shifter and SOJ wouldn't. The salesman as SOJ actually told me to go w/ the other deal if i could get the car for that price.

I've been VERY happy with Mastro. Pete is great and so are all of his staff. I'm talking with them right now about getting my tranny fixed. Sucks that they're 2 hours away, but hell, jax is an hour/hour and a half as well.

I bought my WRX from Curtis at SOJ and he was an awesome sales person. I pretty much told him what I wanted the payments to be each month and he told the owner and they worked the figure for me until I was happy. Curtis is an awesome guy and he was cool to talk to. I asked alot of questions and he made sure he got me the answers. I wouldnt of had it any other way. I paid invoice for my car and they gave me an amazing trade in value for my '99 Civic Si!!!!! Subaru of Jax. Rocks!!!!!!

Reeves Imports in Tampa...same city as Mastro. I lived in tampa when I bought mine, and Reeves had the best deal. They have great service, their reps are wonderful to deal with, and they probably one of the best import dealers in florida. i've already bought two cars from them (WRX being the second) and if I still lived there, I would buy my next one from them. (But you cna't go wrong with mastro either).
