Default 06 STI, KW Variant 3. I need to complete these. Help please.

About a year or so ago I got a really good deal on KW Variant 3's for a friend. We picked them up and installed them using the Stock Top Hats since they requested that. Now they've decided they want more control over the setup which means some Top Hats. Now my questions are:

-Which Top Hats would you recommend? I've heard good things about Group-N but I'd like more options.
-Another friend has BC Coilovers on his 08 STI and it comes with the Knob to adjust the stiffness, where can we pick that up for the KW's? Is this possible?
-If so, where can you find the extended ones to go through the Rear Deck in the car making it easier to tighten the suspension without removing everything?

Thanks!

GTWorx has some top hats...

There is no adjustable knob for the KWs... you have to use a hex tool

There is no extended knob for the KW's either.... Look for a hex tool at your local hardware store with an extended t-shaped handle on it.

are you looking for camber adjustment with added caster? If so, look into the GTWORX camber plates. they have .8" of caster built in, and great build quality with the support from RCE/GTWORX. Cant say enough good things about these guys

here is a thread on IWSTI from a guy that made some adjusters for his T2's. I just ordered some myself as i just received my T2's

hope that helps

Thanks for all the help so far! Would anyone know off hand if the KW's click when loosening/tightening the stiffness like BC's do? Those adjusters look great, I'll probably attempt something like that for my friend since I'm slightly more handy and have a lot more free time, haha. Thanks again.

Ground Control's front plates are the best ones available for the car, IMHO.

Adding lots of travel and tons of adjustment... and if you dig the aesthetic thing, this means you can lower the car more without compromising bump travel as much.

I have Vorshlag front camber plates, and the "modified" Group-N rear tops with my V3's. I like the Vorshlags because of the built in bearing. For the rearm the Group-N's are really all you need IMO.

I have a set of these I can sell you:

As stated if you need camber adjustment then get some vorshlag camber plates or something similar.

If not, Group-N mounts or Whiteline Com-C's will work great too.

Feel free to PM us for info or if you'd like a set

Agreed. I think the Ground Control design is superior to any of the other camber plates due to the extra travel.
