Default Out of State registration and Smogh

Hello I just moved here in Pheonix from Cali and I want to register my car the only thing holding me back is the inspector at the dmv told me that after I register my car I would need to smog my car. I don't think I'll pass the smog test because I have these mod list unless you guys think otherwise.

2006 TR
FMIC
Tial BOV
FP 18g Turbo

BLOCK:
Cosworth pistons and RODS

Would I pass or not?
In Cali there is no smog test for awd cars is this true for az as well?
Are there anyone to pass smog under the table like in some places in Cali ?

Unless the DMV has an AWD roller (which I'm pretty sure none have) you just have to pass an emmissions scan (OBD-II connection.)

If you're tuned right you should be fine.

We've all done it!

You shouldn't need to do an emissions test since its an 06, it should just be the level 1 inspection at the dmv which is only checking the vin on the car. If for some reason you do have to do the emissions test its only a obd2 scan and gas cap check which is pretty simple to pass.

What is the gas cap test testing for? I'm going to be "moving" the vapor emissions control system on my wagon. Do it just look for pressurization or what?

Oh Thank God its just the level 1 test and the gas cap and the obd2 scan and yes I am tuned and there is no check engine light so I shouldnt have a problem right. I was glad there was no "smog test" like in Cali (PHEW) Im not worried at all now thanks Guys!
