Location: Flat highway, Shelton, CT Ambient Temp: 80F Elevation: 0f t Weather: scattered thunderstorms, humid Tires: Stock 18X8.5 Car: 2010 WRX STi SE Tuner: STi Mikey / PhatBotti Tuning Dyno Info: Airboy Transmission: Stock 6 speed Gear: 3rd Peak HP at RPM: 270whp @ 5100 Peak Torque at RPM: 315wtq @ 4100 Baseline hp/tq for a stock on same dyno: 215/220 2.5l STi Target Boost: 20 psi Target AFR: 10.9 Fuel: 93 pump gas Engine/Power: Stock catback, DP, Perrin EL headers, Grimspeed EWG setup, Hallman Pro MBC This car was a beauty, new car smell and all. Karl showed up today with 1600 break in miles on the car. Let me stat off by saying that the numbers do this car no justice, its a beast! With Karl's driving skill 12.30's should be easily achieved, even in this humid weather. For those of you that dont know Karl, he has been going 12.0 @ 113-117 on str8 93 pump gas in his 2004 vf34'ed wrx. We are in the build process with that car right now, trying for 10's on the 68HTA. Karl purchased this car with his wife as a "hold-me-over" until his other build was completed ![]() We only ended up with 270/315. The last 4 stg2 cars I have tuned have made 260-270whp, weather They still feel damn good though ![]() Anyways, im sure this STi will have an hta green by 5k miles but im trying to convince Karl to go for 11's on the stocker (with his skills I think its very possible) ![]() Code:

This is the 'power bragging' forum right?
Whats to brag? Or is it to show/advertise that you tuned another car? ![]() |

I think for every 10 cars I tune, 1 may make it up here. I just wanted to throw this up Because I have not seen any other SE's in PPB, and Karl asked me to put it up. The car is strong regardless of number. No advertising needed buddy ![]() |

This should have been posted from your vendor account and not your personal account. Going by the rules you're only allowed to post your personal vehicle from your personal account. To be fair to the other forum members and vendors I have to lock this down. If you want to start a new thread from your vendor account and PM me the link I will merge the two threads so none of this gets lost.

^^Very good stuff. Can't wait for my stg II install next week. Almost the exact same mods.
How does it feel? Beastly? And the retard that posted in the thread mike made the other day is a fool. Mikey is a great tuner and doesn't need to advertise his cars, but he sure deserves to show them off. |

i did a similar one recently 2010 SE, no header no ewg just dp and mbc, so the hp tapers off. But it looks alot like yours.
Play with the cam/timing some more, you should pick up some more up top. What was that car tapering too? ![]() ![]() |

The car literally rolled off the show room last week. Figured I get the first SE up in PPB just for the hell of it. I ran relatively close to the timing I usually run up top, but I babied the mid range. The cam timing is already as aggressive as I like, its the ignition that needed to be bumped.
Basically, it will be a full blown stg 2 car this coming weekend. And next week will be at the track with some good octane. I did a comparo of a stg 2 car that went 12.30 on pump gas to this car, igntion curve is night and day. I can post the differences / curves if anyone is interested. -Mikey |
