Default I think my AP is broken?

I searched and couldn't find anything directly relating to what I have..

So here it is,

I bought a used Accessport, AP-SUB-001 for my 2005 WRX. I was flashed stage one for 3 months and was hitting target boost 15psi , no CELs, ran good. In March I had Catless uppipe, Cobb TBE installed and flashed stage 2. I can't hit target boost now, I have tried 91oct, 93oct, and 93oct hwg maps (all stage2 v130) nothing changes, I've adjusted the wastegate actuator still nothing. I'm only hitting stock boost level of 13psi, and i believe it is spiking to 15psi. I am pretty sure I don't have any exhaust leaks either. I have also been getting CELs P0456, and P0420.

Which leds me to believe I am having problems with my Accessport, since under the "Map Notes" those codes shouldn't be coming up. My Accessport also cannot connect to a computer, driver install always fails (tried on multiple computers). It also cannot read CEL codes I had to get a code reader to pull those codes. It does not have the datalogging feature, or any of the following, ECU settings, Performance. I also cannot find out which firmware I have, when I go to "About" it just states my car 2005 2.0L turbo and Serial Number:20.

Does this sound normal?

Now I know there wouldn't be any warranty, but can I get this fixed or am I boned and need a new one?

I've tried but haven't been able to get through to Cobb.

Thanks, Alex.

Alex,

When was the last time you updated your AccessPORT? Did all of a sudden, one day the car stopped performing as well as it had? My guess would be that something mechanical has changed with the car. The lack of boost would make me think the turbo is bad.

As far as your AccessPORT not functioning as it should, have you downloaded the latest version of AccessPORT Updater?

It only happened after I flashed stage2. I had the UP/DP installed but forgot to switch to stage2 until I got home. So I was on the Stage1 map and was still making 15psi. So I don't think it is the turbo. ( I haven't flashed back to stage1 to confirm)

I don't believe my accessport has ever been updated. The only trouble is that it will not communicate with either of my computers. I have downloaded the latest of both APmanager and APupdater and after everything installs, the AP does not show up on "my computer" or "device manager". I plug my AP into usb, AP turns on, but doesn't show up on my computer.

Thanks, Alex.
